The use of photograph: from the field to the classroom – a reflection from the view of students and teachers of Geography Course from Federal University of Uberlândia/MG

The learning is a process that makes possible the acquisition and the assimilation of the knowledge and depends on the form as the education occurs. The process of education and learning happens according to a lot of variables, being one of this the techniques and medias that the teacher uses during the classes, as an example, the use of pictures. The purpose of this research is to analyses the potential of the pictures taken in work fields to the improvement of the education and learning process inside de classroom. The methodology used is based on bibliographic revision according to the theme, interview with five teachers and the use of questionnaires to the sample of sixty six students of the Geography course of the Federal University of Uberlândia.Key words: Education and learning.
