The aim of this paper is to contribute to a foundation of teachers and social educator’s work, based on the educational system of Aristotle. As a primary source, the book entitled "Politics" provided the understanding of city education. As a result, it is possible to see that the educational system of Aristotle is a broad organization that begins significantly in the family.Key words: Aristotle, Education, History of Education, Active Education.
